About modification and amendments in the Order of Customs service No. 480-O of December 18, 2006. "About approval of Methodology of detailed processing of the customs declaration"

For the purpose of ensuring uniform application of the customs legislation and according to Art. 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000 (special release of January 1, 2007 is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova) and item 8 of Regulations of the organization and functioning of Customs Service, appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 4 of January 2, 2007. 1. In appendix to the Order No. 480-O of December 18, 2006. "About approval of Methodology of detailed processing of the customs declaration" to make the following changes and additions:

1) In Article 1:

in the Item "g" the first words "customs clearance" shall be replaced with words "customs control";

in the Item "h" of the word "customs clearance" shall be replaced with words "customs control";

in the Item "i" of the word "customs clearance" shall be replaced with words "customs control";
