About approval of the Instruction about implementation of transfer of the capital in the form of investments

In pursuance of Art. provisions 4, of 11, 26 and 51 Laws on National Bank of Moldova (N548-XIII of 21.07.1995), Regulations on currency control in the territory of the Republic of Moldova (the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova approved by the decision of 13.01.1994, the protocol N 2, with subsequent changes and amendments) and other regulations the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

I. Approve the Instruction about implementation of transfer of the capital in the form of investments it (is applied).

II. Cancel the Instruction about procedure for issue by National Bank of Moldova for permissions to implementation of some transfers of the capital approved by the decision of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova N 404 of 23.12.1999 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2000, Art. N1-4, 10) with subsequent changes and amendments, namely:

(i) the subitem 3 of Item I of the decision of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova N338 of 09.11.2000. "About change of some regulations of National Bank of Moldova" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2000, Art. N144-145, 385);
