About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of national system on counteraction of legalization of income gained from criminal activities and terrorism financing
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About counteraction of legalization of the income received from criminal activities and to terrorism financing", and also for the purpose of enhancement of national system on counteraction of legalization of income gained from criminal activities, and financing of terrorism according to the international standards Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Finance, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition and the Center for coordination and market development of securities in case of Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
