According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About assessment of lands" and to the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197, I order:
1. Approve document forms which are attached:
The certificate of competency of the appraiser on expert money value of the parcels of land;
Certificates of advanced training of the appraiser on expert money value of the parcels of land;
2. Bring in the Procedure for issue of the Certificate of competency of the appraiser on expert money value of the parcels of land approved by the order of the State agency of land resources of Ukraine of August 10, 2007 No. 116, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2007 for No. 1051/14318, the following changes:
in Item 5 of the word "The state agency of land resources of Ukraine (further - Goszemagentstvo)" to replace with the word Ministry of Regional Development;
in Item 6 to replace the word "Goszemagentstvo" with the word "Gosgeokadastr".
