Bring in Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-t (debt) "The report on overdue debt on the salary", the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of May 8, 2014 No. 40 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-t (debt) "The report on overdue debt on the salary" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.05. 2014, 7/2761), following changes and amendments:
