About approval of Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine concerning implementation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones

According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production, production and use of precious metals and gemstones and control of transactions with them" and to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" I ORDER to No. 442:

1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 16, 2001 No. 466 "About approval of the Instruction about order of registration in the Public assay service of Ukraine of prints of marks - the special signs certifying manufacturers of jewelry and household products from precious metals", Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on November 5, 2001 for No. 935/6126 (with changes), the words "in the Public assay service of Ukraine" to exclude.

2. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine concerning implementation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones which are applied.

3. To provide to management of state policy in the field of assay supervision and documents of the strict reporting (V.V.'s Trojan) in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Makeeva A. L.
