I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 26, 2014 No. 77 "About approval of Rules of collection, generalization and the analysis of the reporting taking into account information on purchases at the domestic producers included in the database of goods, works, services and their suppliers integrated with the web portal of public procurements, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan about the state support of industrial and innovative activities" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9280, published in information system of law of Ad_let on April 24, 2014) the following changes and amendment:

in Rules of collection, generalization and analysis of the reporting taking into account information on purchases at the domestic producers included in the database of goods, works, services and their suppliers integrated with the web portal of public procurements, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan about the state support of industrial and innovative activities, approved by the specified order:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These rules of collection, generalization and analysis of the reporting taking into account information on purchases at the domestic producers included in the database of goods, works, services and their suppliers integrated with the web portal of public procurements, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan about the state support of industrial and innovative activities (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 3) of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2007 "About public procurements".";
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Reports on the carried-out public procurements of goods, works and services, and information on purchasing amounts at the domestic producers included in the database of goods, works, services and their suppliers integrated with the web portal of public procurements, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan about the state support of industrial and innovative activities are created daily in the automatic mode on the web portal of public procurements in form, according to appendices 1-29 to these rules.";
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. The provided reporting data are generalized by subjects of system of public procurements in the automatic mode and created in the form of the summary reporting according to appendices 1-29 to these rules on the web portal of public procurements.";

"9. The authorized body by collection, generalization and the analysis creates aggregated data of reports on the carried-out public procurements of goods, works and services, and information on purchasing amounts at the domestic producers included in the database of goods, works, services and their suppliers integrated with the web portal of public procurements, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan about the state support of industrial and innovative activities for the purpose of further representation to the interested bodies and the publication in the statistical bulletin of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
appendices 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendices 1, of 2, 3 and 4 to this order;
add with appendices 5-29 according to appendices 5-29 to this order.
2. (Akhmetov S. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the legislation of public procurements of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
