About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 12.02.2019 No. 838

2) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 12, 2006 No. 201 "About approval of the State protocol of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 39, the Art. 428):

in appendix 1 to the State protocol of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the called Decree:

add with Items 25-1, 25-2 of the following content:

"25-1. First deputy Sekretarya of the Security Council

in appendix 2 to the State protocol of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the called Decree:

add with Items 29-1, 29-2 of the following content:

3) Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 12.02.2019 No. 838

4) Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2015 No. 150

2. To Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take necessary measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
