About establishment of the fixed minimum sizes of "green" rates for electrical energy for private households

According to article 17-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 "About approval of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities decides No. 715:

1. Establish the fixed minimum sizes of "green" rates for the electrical energy made from wind energy by power generation facilities of private households, and energies of sunlight, made by power generation facilities which are built in (are established) on roofs and or facades of private households (houses, buildings and constructions) which installed capacity does not exceed 30 kW, according to appendix.

2. On regulation of the relations in the field of power in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
