About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of February 9, 2004 No. 75
According to part three of article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" I order:
1. In Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of February 9, 2004 No. 75 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of regular, irregular and pendular transportations of passengers by road transport in the international message", No. 759/9358, of the word "and the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2004 shall be replaced with words ", the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport and profile public organizations".
2. In Item 1.5 of Chapter 1 of the Procedure for the organization of regular, irregular and pendular transportations of passengers by road transport in the international message approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of February 9, 2004 No. 75, No. 759/9358, of the word "and the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2004 shall be replaced with words ", the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport and profile public organizations".
3. To provide to strategic development department of the road market and motor transportations:
submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
