In pursuance of part (4) article 7 of the Law on the market of N461-XV oil products of July 30, 2001 (it is reissued in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, N 76, 342) the Government DECIDES: the Art.
1. Approve Regulations on issue of technical permissions to operate of storages of oil products, oil and gas-filling stations according to appendix.
2. To provide to department of standardization and metrology issue of technical permissions to operate of storages of oil products, oils of gas-filling stations according to the approved provision.
