Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12 bidding (goods turnover) "The report on the retail turnover and inventories of goods, goods turnover of public catering" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January, 2016;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12 bidding (goods turnover) "The report on the retail turnover and inventories of goods, goods turnover of public catering" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for January, 2016.

2.  No. 52 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 12.07.2019

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except peasant farms), the separate divisions of legal entities performing retail trade, public catering and (or) subscription to printing editions.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 18, 2016.
