1) criteria of determination of purpose of the goods moved with physical persons through customs border of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the inventory which temporary import is allowed by the physical persons who are constantly living outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the term of their temporary stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan and which temporary export is allowed by the physical persons who are constantly living in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the term of their temporary stay in foreign state with full relief from customs payments, taxes and without application of measures of non-tariff regulation;

3) cumulative customs payment on the goods imported on customs area of the Republic of Kazakhstan by physical persons in the simplified procedure;
