For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.9 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 9, 2005 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 277:

1. Approve "Procedure for creation, operation, safety and order by networks of telecommunications of special purpose of public authorities" it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure is prepared on the basis of Item 1.9 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 9, 2005 No. 277 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications" and determines the procedure for creation, operation, safety, the order by networks of telecommunications of special purpose (further - networks of telecommunications of special purpose) created for exchange of information with limited turnover in public authorities of the Azerbaijan Republic.
