About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of May 14, 2008 No. 126

In heading and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of May 14, 2008 No. 126 "About approval of the Technique of development of technological standard rates of use of drinking water by the housing and operational companies and organizations", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 30, 2008 for No. 479/15170, "the housing and operational companies and the organizations" shall be replaced with words "in case of provision of services on content of houses and constructions and the house adjoining territories".
2. Approve Changes in the Technique of development of technological standard rates of use of the drinking water by the housing and operational companies and the organizations approved by the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of May 14, 2008 No. 126, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 30, 2008 for No. 479/15170, which are applied.
