1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the list of the sanatorium and improving organizations of the Republic of Belarus for realization of the right of citizens to sanatorium treatment and improvement with use of means of the national social insurance and the republican budget approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2007 No. 720 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 136, 5/25323; 2009, No. 253, 5/30620):

exclude Items 120 and 159;

state Item 158 in the following edition:

"158. Recreation facility "Electron" of the Brest republican unitary enterprise of power industry of Brestenergo.";

1.2. in the list of the organizations, their separate divisions performing sanatorium treatment and improvement of the population, turnovers on realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of permits to sanatorium treatment and improvement by which are exempted from the value added tax, No. 219 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2012 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 33, 5/35387):

exclude Items 119 and 157;

state Item 156 in the following edition:

"156. Recreation facility "Electron" of the Brest republican unitary enterprise of power industry of Brestenergo.".
