About introduction of amendments to some decrees and orders of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with creation of the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Azerbaijan Republic

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with creation of the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About state regulation of the prices (rates) for products (services) of the companies and associations monopolists" of December 24, 1992 No. 377 (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1992, No. 24, Article 1083; Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 10, Article 640; 2007, No. 6, Article 601) in part 2 and in the second paragraph of part 9 of the word "Ministry of Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Azerbaijan Republic", in parts 3, of the 5 and 10 word of "economic development" shall be replaced with words "economies and the industries".
