For the purpose of, ensuring safety of highways and artificial constructions on them, control of observance by cargo carriers of requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of transportation of goods by vehicles on highways public, according to part 3 of article 26 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About highways" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for the omission of vehicles on highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic and collection of charges for weighing and measurement of lump, axial loadings, the sizes and other linear parameters of vehicles and the Procedure for the omission and collection of charges for journey of vehicles with particular and non divisible load on highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 8, 2011 No. 454 the following changes and amendments:

- in Item 1:

the fifth to declare the paragraph invalid;

- add with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"-Procedure for establishment and compensation of the extent of the harm and damage caused to highways by the vehicles transporting heavy and bulky cargoes;";

- add the resolution with appendix in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
