According to article 17-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", "About the state statistics" and for the purpose of ensuring information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs and information systems of Public service of statistics of Ukraine we ORDER to the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve the Procedure for information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs and information systems of Public service of statistics of Ukraine which is applied.
2. Determine that before introduction of information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs and information systems of Public service of statistics of Ukraine in real time such interaction is performed in working hours taking into account technical capabilities of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs and information systems of Public service of statistics of Ukraine according to the legislation, but with interval no more than 2 hours.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Public service of statistics of Ukraine of November 30, 2012 No. 1772/5/492 "About approval of the Procedure for mutual exchange of information from registers of the Public registration service of Ukraine and Public service of statistics of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 7, 2012 at No. 2041/22353.
