1. Approve the National program of prevention, diagnostics and treatments of diabetes in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2012 - 2017 and the Actions plan on its realization (are applied).
2. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan together with other relevant ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas accomplishment of this Program within the means provided for health care sector.
3. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- provide coordination and technical support of program implementation;
- annually to inform the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on results of program implementation.
4. To local executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to create Coordination council on accomplishment of this Program.

The national program for prevention, diagnostics and treatment of diabetes in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2012 - 2017" (further - the Program) is developed within realization of reforms in the field of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan on the basis of the following accepted fundamental documents:

- Declaration of meeting of the First global ministerial conference on healthy lifestyle and fight against noninfectious diseases, Moscow 2011;

This Program is directed to high-quality change of delivery of health care, prevention, diagnostics and treatment of patients with diabetes.
