1.3.1. Act "Ascertaining of Death based on Brain Death" (appendix 3);

1.3.2. Act of Consent (appendix 4);

1.3 3. Act "About Organs Harvesting and (or) Fabrics at Donor Corpse for Transplantation" (appendix 5);

1.3.4. The list of medical institutions of the republic where are resolved typing, fence, procurement, preservation and transportation of perivitalny kidneys for transplantation (appendix 6).

2. To the acting as director of scientific research institute of surgery of heart and organ transplantation (further NIIHSTO) (Dzhoshibayev S. D.):

2.1. Organize department of organ transplantation with the relevant clinical and laboratory divisions;

2.2. Till June 1, 2005 to develop and provide the Republican program: "Organization and further development of organ transplantation in the republic";

2.3. Take adequate measures on implementation in clinical practice transplantation of kidney, first of all from living donors, in the 4th quarter 2005 - 1 quarter 2006;
