1. Grant the right to carriers, customs brokers or other interested persons (further - interested persons) since December 1, 2015 to perform preliminary electronic informing bodies of the State Customs Service on the goods and vehicles moved (including on the terms of transit) through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan road transport.
2. Approve:
the list of the data represented to bodies of the State Customs Service in case of preliminary electronic informing on the goods and vehicles moved (including on the terms of transit) through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan road transport, according to appendix No. 1;
the scheme of implementation of the procedure of preliminary electronic informing bodies of the State Customs Service according to appendix No. 2.
