1. Approve the enclosed main terms for crediting regional budgets on assistance to development of entrepreneurship in monotowns for 2015.

2. To local executive bodies of areas within ten calendar days after acceptance by the relevant maslikhats of the decisions providing in regional budgets for 2015 the corresponding receipts to provide the specified decisions of maslikhats to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the conclusion of credit agreements with local executive bodies of areas;

2) control of target use and timely return of budget credits to the republican budget.

4. To local executive bodies of areas quarterly, no later than the 10th following the accounting period to provide information on development of budget credits in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
