For the purpose of protection of homeland security and national interests of the Russian Federation, protection of citizens of the Russian Federation against criminal and other illegal acts and according to the Federal Laws of December 30, 2006 "About special economic measures and enforcement powers" and of December 28, 2010 No. 390-FZ "About safety" I decide No. 281-FZ:

1. To public authorities of the Russian Federation, federal state bodies, local government bodies, legal entities, educated in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, to the organizations and physical persons which are under jurisdiction of the Russian Federation in the activities to recognize that in the territory of the Russian Federation are temporarily entered:

a) prohibition or restriction of the external economic transactions providing import to the territory of the Russian Federation of separate types of goods which country of source is the Republic of Turkey, according to the list determined by the Government of the Russian Federation (except the goods imported for private use in the amount permitted by the right of the Eurasian Economic Union);

b) ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 31.05.2017 No. 244
