About cancellation of some special economic measures concerning the Republic of Turkey

add with words ", the citizens of the Republic of Turkey who are members of crews of aircrafts of the Republic of Turkey and also the citizens of the Republic of Turkey having the valid service passports and sent to the Russian Federation in short-term business trips, including in the diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Turkey which are in the territory of the Russian Federation and members of their families on condition of acceptance by the Republic of Turkey on the basis of the principle of reciprocity of similar measures concerning the citizens of the Russian Federation having the valid service passports".
