About formation of Coordination council on prevention of abuse of drugs

For the purpose of coordination of activities of the ministries, departments, organizations, irrespective of patterns of ownership in the field of prevention of abuse of drugs, and according to articles 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors I decide:

1. Form Coordination council on prevention of abuse of drugs in the enclosed structure.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Coordination council on prevention of abuse of drugs.

3. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Sughd, Khatlon areas, the city of Dushanbe and cities and areas of republican subordination to form regional, city and regional councils on coordination of prevention of abuse of drugs.

4. The organization and holding meetings of Coordination council on prevention of abuse of drugs is assigned to Agency on control of drugs in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
