Bring in the Procedure for licensing of the economic activity connected with creation of objects of architecture, No. 1396 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2007 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 94, Art. 3441; 2008, No. 82, Art. 2766; 2011, No. 40, Art. 1645, No. 61, Art. 2435; 2012, No. 8, Art. 297, No. 16, Art. 592; 2014, No. 7, the Art. 201), changes which are applied.

The changes made to the Procedure for licensing of the economic activity connected with creation of objects of architecture

1. In Item 5:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"5. The subject of construction activities gives (personally or through person authorized by it) in body of licensing is direct, directs by mail or in electronic form by means of telecommunication means of communication:";

add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"Submission of documents to body of licensing in electronic form by means of telecommunication means of communication is performed according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Regional Development.".
