1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2014 No. 94 "About natural gas prices" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.01. 2015, 8/29456; 29.01. 2015, 8/29556; 19:04. 2015, 8/29817; 10:07. 2015, 8/30056; 02:10. 2015, 8/30267) following changes and amendment:

word in paragraph three to exclude "legal entities and individual entrepreneurs regarding use of natural gas for production of vegetables of the protected soil";
after the paragraph of third to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"2 190 000 rubles - for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs regarding use of natural gas for production of vegetables of the protected soil in case of the consumed amount of natural gas in 2014 to 500 million cubic meters;";
