About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2011 No. 1672

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2011 No. 1672 "About determination of criteria for evaluation of solvency of subjects of managing" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 140, 5/34926; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.08. 2014, 5/39239) following changes and amendment:

1.1. in Item 1:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"the coefficient of current liquidity characterizing general security of the subject of managing with current assets for repayment of short-term obligations;";

the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the coefficient of security of obligations with assets characterizing capability of the subject of managing to be calculated according to the obligations.";

1.2. state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Determine that criterion:

3.1. recognitions of the subject of managing availability of coefficient of current liquidity and (or) coefficient of security with own current assets by the end of the reporting period depending on main type of economic activity, having values of more normative or equal it, and also coefficient of security of obligations with assets which value less or equally in 1, for the leasing organizations ** - less or equally 1,2 is solvent;
