2. Raise since February 1, 2016 grades in compensation of employees of central office of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, justice departments of areas and Tashkent on 1 category on the Single scale of charges.
3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time to make according to this resolution changes to expense budgets and staff lists of central office of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, justice departments of areas and Tashkent and to register them in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Make changes to some decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the first deputy of the Counselor of state of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. Kokanbayev.
