About modification of the Regulations on procedure for development, production and operation of means of KZI of information

According to article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine", I order to the subitem 1 of Item 3 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, for the purpose of enhancement of the KZI system of information:

1. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for development, production and operation of means of KZI of information approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of July 20, 2007 No. 141, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 30, 2007 for No. 862/14129 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. In five-day time after signing of this order in accordance with the established procedure to provide to the director of the department of KZI of information of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine its submission on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
