About approval of lists and forms of the departmental reporting of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus for 2016

(as amended on 22-07-2016)

Based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2011 to No. 95 "About some questions of information collection, not containing in the state statistical reporting" and the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595, in edition of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2008 No. 1330 I ORDER:

1. Approve:

the list of forms of the departmental reporting of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus for 2016 (further - the List of forms) according to appendix 1;

forms of the departmental reporting of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus for 2016 (further - forms of the departmental reporting) according to appendices 2-26;

the list of the summary information provided by the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus to National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus (further - the List of summary information), according to appendix 27.

2. To heads of the state organizations subordinated to the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Ministry of Energy):

2.1. appoint persons responsible for creation, timely provision and accuracy of the information in provided:

forms of the departmental reporting according to the List of forms;

this according to the List of summary information.

To provide the copy of the order to the Ministry of Energy in a month;

2.2. organize work on provision of the corresponding forms of the departmental reporting in electronic form according to the Instruction on clerical work in state bodies, other organizations approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2009 No. 4.

3. To heads of structural divisions of central office of the Ministry of Energy to fix the officials responsible for:

collection and processing of forms of the departmental reporting according to the List of forms;

timely provision of reliable data according to the List of summary information.

To provide data on fixing of officials to the head economic department in a month.

4. Assign to heads of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Energy, heads of structural divisions of central office of the Ministry of Energy the personal responsibility for timely representation of reliable data to National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus according to the List of summary information.

5. To heads of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Energy, heads of structural divisions of central office of the Ministry of Energy during 2016 to carry out complete inventory of all forms of the departmental reporting regarding relevance and demand of the obtained information. Information on results of the done work with offers on optimization of quantity of such forms to provide:

to the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Energy in the Department of Energy till August 27, 2016;

to structural divisions of central office of the Ministry of Energy in the head economic department till September 1, 2016.

6. To impose control of execution of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.
