1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of amount of consumption of alcoholic beverages in absolute alcohol and enact it since calculation of amount of consumption of alcoholic beverages in absolute alcohol for January-March, 2016.
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2016.

1. This Technique establishes procedure of payments National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of amount of consumption of alcoholic beverages in absolute alcohol.
For the purposes of this Technique alcoholic beverages are understood as alcoholic beverages, low alcohol drinks and beer.
2. Calculation of amount of consumption of alcoholic beverages in absolute alcohol is perfromed:
quarterly accruing result since the beginning of accounting year on the republic;
