About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of contractual form of work in the field of culture and competitive appointment procedure of heads of the state and utility cultural institutions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part one of Article 36 of the Labor code of Ukraine (1971, appendix to No. 50, by the station 375) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR with Item 9 of the following content:

"9) the bases provided by other laws".

2. Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About the museums and museum case" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 25, Art. 191; 2010, No. 5, Art. 45; 2014, 5, the Art. 62) to add No. with parts six and the seventh the following content:

"Heads of the state and utility museums are appointed to position by the conclusion of the contract with them for five years by results of tender.

The procedure for carrying out tender and the requirement to candidates for position of the head of the state or utility museum are determined by articles 21-1-21-5 of the Law of Ukraine "About culture".

3. Article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About libraries and library science" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 23, Art. 177; 2014, No. 5, Art. 62; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of December 25, 2015 No. 927-VIII) after part one to add with two new parts of the following content:

"Heads of the state and utility libraries, heads of centralized library systems are appointed to position by the conclusion of the contract with them for five years by results of tender.

The procedure for carrying out tender and the requirement to candidates for position of the head of the state or utility library, centralized library system are determined by articles 21-1-21-5 of the Law of Ukraine "About culture".

With respect thereto the second - the fifth to consider parts respectively parts four - the seventh.
