About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2003 No. 1078 and of December 9, 2015 No. 1013

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2003 No. 1078 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 29, Art. 1471; 2006, No. 20, Art. 1484; 2007, No. 52, Art. 2113; 2008, No. 20, Art. 569; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249, No. 45, Art. 1759; 2014, No. 14, Art. 426; 2015, No. 73, the Art. 2404) and of December 9, 2015 No. 1013 "About streamlining of salary structure, feature of carrying out indexation and modification of some regulatory legal acts" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 100, the Art. 3436) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since December 1, 2015, except Item of 1 changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2015 No. 1013 and of July 17, 2003 No. 1078, which is applied since January 1, 2016.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2003 No. 1078 and of December 9, 2015 No. 1013

1. In the paragraph the second Item 1-1 of the Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2003 No. 1078, of figure "101" to replace with figures "103".

2. In Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2015 No. 1013:
