For the purpose of accomplishment of the Actions plan of this Program to provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan its financing at the expense of the special means provided for the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and its subordinated bodies, local executive bodies of the government in 2016.

3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for the purpose of attraction of extrabudgetary funds for timely and effective fulfillment of the Actions plan of this Program.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and local executive bodies of the government information on the course of accomplishment of this Actions plan till March 1, 2017 in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
