for the purpose of refining and determination of passing on certain sites of the line of Frontier between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Frontier),

according to article 4 of the Contract between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan about the Kazakhstan-Uzbek Frontier of November 16, 2001,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

High contracting parties determined that the line of Frontier from border point of N16 to border point N 19, from border point of N84 to border point N 85, from border point of N115 to border point N 117, passes in full accordance with the Description of passing of the line of the Kazakhstan-Uzbek Frontier between border points of N16 and N 19, N84 and N 85, N115 and N 117, the being Appendix 1 to this Agreement and its integral part (further - the Description of certain sites).
