About some questions of realization of personnel policy in law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to articles 46-2 and 54 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About law-enforcement service" I DECIDE:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of assessment of activities of employees, rules and conditions of assignment of categories;

2) System of assessment of weight of minor offenses and the rule of forming of disciplinary responsibility (strengthening of preventive function in disciplinary practice).

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This Decree becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
