1. Approve the unified forms of acts:

1) the Statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) for observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of production and repair of not military firearms and ammunition to it, cold weapon, pneumatic weapon of caliber of more 4,5 of millimeter and the speed of flight of bullet over 100 meters per second, trade in not military firearms and ammunition to it, by cold weapon, pneumatic weapon of caliber over 4,5 of millimeter and the speed of flight of bullet over 100 meters per second; productions of the special means loaded with substances tear and irritant action, individual protection, active defense and their sale which is applied;
