Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of September 3, 2013 No. 1260 "About approval of the Regulations on All-Ukrainian student council under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 23, 2013 for No. 1633/24165.

2. To management for public relations and ensuring activities of the Minister (foster service) (Zagoruyko Yu. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to make mark in cases of archive.

3. To department of the higher education (Sharov A. I.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Sovsun I. R.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
