1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2015 No. 367 "About approval of regulations of the state service "Apostilization of the Official Documents Coming from Judicial Authorities and Other State Bodies, and also Notaries of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11685, it is published in information system of law of Ad_let of August 13, 2015) the following changes:
To be reworded as follows the regulations of the state service "Apostilization of the Official Documents Coming from Judicial Authorities and Other State Bodies and also from Notaries of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the specified order, according to appendix to this order.
2. To department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kalimova V. K.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
