2. Determine that the main directions of retraining and advanced training of workers are:
development and monitoring of short-term, medium-term and long-term comprehensive programs socially - economic development of the territories balanced with resource capacity and demographic tendencies of regions;
realization of territorial investing programs on upgrade and development of industrial productions, the balanced development of contract construction capacities;
development of production infrastructure, housing-and-municipal sphere;
