About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 14, 2015 No. 341 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of traffic safety"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 14, 2015 No. 341 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of traffic safety" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 11112, published in the Information system of law of Ad_let of June 10, 2015), the following changes:
The Standard of the state service "State Registration and Accounting of Separate Types of Vehicles on Vehicle Identification Number" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 1) according to appendix 1 to this order;
The Standard of the state service "Issue of Car Driver Licenses" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 2) according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To provide to committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Republican the center of legal information" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its placement on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;
5) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 2), 3) and 4) of this order.
3. To chiefs of Departments of internal affairs of areas, cities of Almaty and Astana:
1) to provide studying and observance of requirements of this order by staff of law-enforcement bodies;
2) to organize work of law-enforcement bodies according to requirements of this order.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs Turgumbayev E. Z. and Committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Lepekh I. V.).
5. This order becomes effective since March 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.

1. State service: "State registration and accounting of separate types of vehicles on vehicle identification number" (further - the state service).
2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).
3. The state service appears territorial subdivisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

1) registration and examination divisions of law-enforcement bodies (further - the RAP);

the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of necessary documents – 20 minutes;

2) in case of the appeal to the State corporation:
from the moment of delivery of document package – 2 hours;
the most allowed time of expectation in queue from the moment of receipt of the coupon of electronic queue before delivery of documents – 20 minutes;
