About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine

1. Approve Changes in the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of March 26, 2009 No. 317, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 15, 2009 on No. 340/16356 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Make changes to the Coefficients applied to rates of the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of March 26, 2009 No. 317, registered in the Ministry of Justice Ukraine on April 15, 2009 at No. 341/16357 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of January 26, 2015 No. 13), having been reworded as follows them which are applied.

3. And to Management of economic development and finance to provide to department of state policy in the field of rail transport submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes in the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services

1. In the Section I:

1) in Item 1:
