About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with further enhancement of system of the state provision of pensions of citizens

For the purpose of further enhancement of system of the state provision of pensions of citizens the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In Regulations on the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 19, 2010 No. 30 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, No. 2, the Art. 11):

a) to add the paragraph of the sixth of Item 5 with words of Republic of Uzbekistan;

b) the fifth Item 7 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the organization of collection in accordance with the established procedure from guilty legal entities and physical persons in claims of the funds for pension payment appointed on the occasion of loss of the supporter and also for disability owing to the labor mutilation or occupational disease connected with execution by the worker of labor obligations";
