Based on part provisions (1) Article 18 and part (2) article 19 of the Law No. 151 of July 17, 2014 on requirements to ecological designing of energy-requiring products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 310-312, 616) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of water pumps according to appendix No. 5;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of household drum clothes dryers according to appendix No. 8;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of vacuum cleaners according to appendix No. 9;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of conditioners and fans according to appendix No. 10;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of fans with engines with input power from 125 W to 500 kW according to appendix No. 11;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of autonomous circulation pulsers without sealing and the integrated circulation pulsers without sealing which are built in product according to appendix No. 14;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing for electric power consumption in waiting mode and switching off by the electric and electronic equipment for the house and office according to appendix No. 15;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of simple modules of transformation of signals according to appendix No. 16;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of installations for heating of rooms and two-functional heating installations, according to appendix No. 18.

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of light sources and separate control units, according to appendix No. 19;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of devices of air heating, cooling systems, high-temperature industrial chillers (air coolers) and fankoil, according to appendix No. 36;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of servers and devices of data storage, according to appendix No. 37;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of smartphones, other mobile phones, wireless phones and "slate" tablets, according to appendix No. 38;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of water-heating installations and reservoirs for storage of hot water, according to appendix No. 39.

2. To Department of Energy represent to the Government of the offer on review of this resolution depending on technological progress.

2-1. Control for the purpose of supervision of the market is exercised according to the Law No. 162/2023 on supervision of the market and compliance of products and the Law No. 131/2012 on the state control of business activity.

3. This resolution becomes effective after six months from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Department of Energy.
