About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. In Item 3 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 31, 2000 No. 32/5 "About approval of the Procedure for cancellation of the decision on state registration of the normative legal acts entered in the state register", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 31, 2000 for No. 458/4679 (with changes), words "Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city justice departments" shall be replaced with words "the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol".

2. In subitem 4.4 of item 4 and the paragraph the second Item 13 of the Procedure for cancellation of the decision on state registration of the regulatory legal acts entered in the state register, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of July 31, 2000 No. 32/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 31, 2000 at No. 458/4679 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of May 15, 2013 No. 884/5), words "Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol".

3. Add item 4 of the Regulations on the Head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of June 23, 2011 with No. 1707/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 23, 2011 for No. 759/19497 (with changes), after subitem 4.20 the new subitem

4.21 following content:

"4.21 performs examination of the regulatory legal acts which are subject to state registration on compliance to provisions of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms and practice of the European Court of Human Rights;".

With respect thereto subitems 4.21 - 4.88 to consider respectively subitems 4.22 - 4.89.

4. Add the Provision item 4 about district, district in the cities, city (the cities of regional value), interdistrict justice departments, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of June 23, 2011 with No. 1707/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 23, 2011 for No. 760/19498 (with changes), after subitem 4.12 new subitem 4.13 of the following content:

"4.13 performs examination of the regulatory legal acts which are subject to state registration on compliance to provisions of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms and practice of the European Court of Human Rights;".

Item 3 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 19, 2012 No. 93/5 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law condition by judicial authorities about state registration of regulatory legal acts", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 19, 2012 on No. 67/20380 (with changes), after the word "main" to add with the word of "territorial".

7. Bring in the Procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law condition by judicial authorities about state registration of regulatory legal acts approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 19, 2012 No. 93/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 19, 2012 on No. 67/20380 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

in paragraph three of Item 1.2 of the word "Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol";
