1. Approve the enclosed Rules of appointment (including it is temporary) to positions of the corresponding list of the military personnel of subordinate structure, persons liable for call-up of the corresponding structure or faces of civil personnel.

2. To the head of the department of personnel of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation to send this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration;

2) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to direct it to the copy in printing and electronic types to official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican center of legal information for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
