Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 17, 2016 No. 242 "About approval of Rules of appointment (including it is temporary) to positions of the corresponding list of the military personnel of subordinate structure, persons liable for call-up of the corresponding structure or faces of civil personnel" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13795, published in information system of law"? d_lt" on July 8, 2016).

3. To personnel department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
