I. The types of weapon and ammunition to it permitted to sale to physical persons:

1. Self-defense weapon:

a) gas guns and revolvers;

b) electroconvulsive;

c) the device is gas toxic neutralized aerosol.

2. Hunting weapon:

a) fire with rifle barrel, smooth-bore and combined;

b) gas-balloon (pneumatic) with energy at trunk cut no more than 25 J.
